1. INTRODUCTION

引言

1.1. FXTM1 is running the FXTM 2025 Advanced HNW Promotion (the “Promotion”) which is applicable to selected clients at FXTM’s discretion, including clients assigned under Affiliates. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms andConditions herein (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) as these are set out below.

本2025年尊尚客户特惠活动(以下简称“活动”)适用于由FXTM富拓决定的特选客户(代理 及网络联盟商名下的客户适用)。参加本次活动即表示您同意受以下条款和条件的约束 (下简称“条款”)。

1.2. This Promotion Period shall run from the 1st April 2025 (00:01) (the “Launch Date”) until FXTM decides to suspend or terminate it (the “Promotion Period”)

活动期由北京时间2025年4月1日0点01分开始，直至FXTM富拓自行决定暂停或终止计划(“活动期”)。

1.3. A client who participates in this Promotion shall receive the “Cash Bonus” as defined inaccordance with clause 4 of this Promotion and subject to the Terms herein.

参加本次活动的客户有机会获得根据本次活动条款4及其他条款和条件所规定的“赠金”。

2. ELIGIBLE CRITERIA

资格标准

2.1. To participate in this Promotion, you must meet the following requirements:

为参加本次活动，您须满足以下条件:

a) You are an existing client of FXTM with FXTM live trading accounts, or a dormant client of FXTM, eligible to trade in accordance with, and have agreed to, the operative agreements;

您是拥有富拓真实交易账户的富拓现有客户，或是有资格根据有效协议进行交易的FXTM的不活跃客户;

b) Run a live trading account with FXTM as per the applicable deposit and/or other requirements of FXTM2

c) This promotion is only available to the selected clients who have received the official promotional email from FXTM (FXTM <[email protected]>). Forwarded emails or emails from any other channels or forms are not eligible.

此活动仅对收到FXTM富拓发送的官方活动推广邮件的特选客户开放，转发及其它任何渠 道及形式的邮件均不适用。

d) To participate in this promotion, clients must click the “Opt-in” button in the official invitation email sent from the FXTM official email account (FXTM no- [email protected]), or scan the QR code in the email to follow the official WeChat account, reply with the keyword “202501,” and bind the official WeChat account.Participation must be completed before the last day of each calendar month during the promotion period. Please note that forwarded emails are not eligible for participation.

所有想要参加本次活动的客户必须点击富拓官方邮件(FXTM no- [email protected])中发送的“报名”按钮，或扫描邮件中的二维码关注官方 微信账号，回复关键词“2025”，并绑定官方微信账号。所有操作必须在每个月的最后 一天之前完成，方可参与活动。请注意，转发的邮件不具备参与资格。

e) Read and accept the Terms of this Promotion.

2.2 The Promotion shall only be available to each client at the discretion of FXTM to offer the Cash Bonus and shall be given to the client after receipt of the client’s Acceptance of these Terms.

本活动由FXTM富拓自行决定在客户接受本条款后给予赠金。

3.TRADING TERMS

交易条款

3.1 The Promotion is only applicable to Advantage Classic, Advantage, Advantage Plus and Advantage Stock Account

本活动仅适用于经典超低点差账户，超低点差账户，0佣金账户和MT5标准股票账户。

Each client is to receive the final value of Cash Bonus based on the trading volume during the Promotion Period.

每位客户在本次活动期间最终获得赠金的总额度和交易量相关。

3.2 Irrespective of the number of trading accounts that be opened by a new and approved client with FXTM, only the Trading Volume (lots) completed under the live FXTM trading account will be considered as eligible Trading Volume (lots) for this Promotion.

不论FXTM富拓的新老客户开设了多少个交易账户，在审核客户是否完成本条款4.1规定的本 次活动的交易量要求时，将仅针对客户开设的FXTM富拓真实交易账户下的交易量进行审核。

4.SPECIFIC PROMOTION TERMS

特别活动条款

4.1.The amount of the Cash Bonus is based on the Total Notional Value (NV) of required trading instruments made by the client in the FXTM Trading Account in accordance with Clause 3.2 above after the Acceptance of these Terms in the month of December during Promotion Period, amount requirements as stated below:

赠金金额按客户接受本条款和条件后，在活动期间内的合约名义价值而定，具体要求见以下列表。

4.3.Clients who have not met the Total Notional Value (USD) requirement before the last day of each calendar month will be disqualified from for receiving the Cash Bonus of thatmonth’s promotion.

客户如果在每个日历月的最后一天 (含) 之前未达到总合约名义价值(美元)要求，则会失 去获得当月活动赠金的资格。

4.4 FXTM reserves the right to determine or change the amount of the Cash Bonus to issue to the clients at any point without prior notice.

富拓有权在无需提前通知的情况下在任何时间决定或修改赠予客户的赠金数额。

4.5. The Cash Bonus is available after the Total Notional Value (USD) requirement is met in accordance with the amount of the Total Notional Value as defined in clause 4.1 herein.

客户在根据以上条款4.1中所规定的活动期间总合约名义价值(美元)达到上表要求后可获 得赠金。

4.6. FXTM will review eligible clients from on the first day of each calendar month onwards.

Regarding to cash bonus, FXTM will issue cash bonus into the clients’ MyFXTM USDwallet before the 21st of the following month.

富拓将在于每个日历月的第一天起对已经合资格客户进行审核。关于赠金，富拓将在下个 日历月21日前注入客户的MyFXTM 内的美元钱包。

4.7. FXTM shall not be liable for any margin call or losses that the client may suffer, including but not limited to losses due to stop-out level, as a reason of or during this Promotion Period.

根据本条款和条件， FXTM富拓将对客户可能由于本次活动或在本次活动期间所遭受的追加 保证金或损失，包括但不限于因强制平仓造成的损失不承担责任。

4.8. FXTM has the right to withdraw qualification without prior notice if:若出现下列情况，FXTM富拓有权撤销获奖资格，无需提前通知:

a) a breach of these Terms occurs;违反本条款和条件;

b) FXTM has reasonably grounds to believe a misuse of the Promotion; FXTM富拓有合理的理由相信活动被滥用;

c) The Client acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner that is not in line with this Promotion and applicable Terms.

客户不诚实和/或滥用和/或欺诈和/或以不符合本促销和适用条款的方式行事。

5 MISCELLANEOUS

其他事项

5.1 FXTM reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Promotion. In the event of modifying the Terms, FXTM shall give such notice to the client as may be required by applicable legislation. Under no circumstances shall FXTM be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancelation, or termination of the Promotion.

FXTM富拓保留在自由裁量认为适当的情况下变更、 修正、中止、取消或终止本次活动的权 利，富拓应根据适用法律的要求向客户发出通知。在任何情况下， 富拓不对由于活动的更 改、修正、中止、取消或终止造成的任何结果负有责任。

5.2 Any indication or suspicion of fraud, manipulation, cash-back or bonus or swap arbitrage,or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity in a client’s Account or multiple account with FXTM or otherwise related or connected to the Cash Bonus shall nullify all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein.

若有任何迹象或FXTM富拓怀疑客户账户或多个账户或其他与赠金相关的账户中存在欺诈、 操控、返现或奖金或互换套利或其他形式的欺骗或欺诈活动，所有已执行的交易和/或由此 产生的利润或亏损均无效。

5.3  FXTM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that FXTM suspects misuses or attempts to misuse the Cash Bonus or breaches the present Termsand/or any of FXTM’s operative agreements and to cancel all orders and annul all profits of such client. If FXTM, in its sole discretion, suspects any Cash Bonus arbitrage or any misuse or attempts to misuse the Cash Bonus, and the client has open positions, FXTM reserve the right to withdraw the Cash Bonus. In these circumstances, FXTM shall not be liable for any consequences of the Cash Bonus cancelation.

FXTM富拓保留，在其自由裁量情况下，取消滥用或试图滥用本赠金活动、违反本条款和/或FXTM富拓任何有效协议的客户参加活动的权利，取消此类客户所有定单和所有利润。如 果FXTM富拓怀疑客户有任何赠金套利或任何滥用或试图滥用赠金活动的行为且客户已建仓，FXTM富拓保留撤回赠金的权利。在这些情况下。FXTM富拓不负责由于赠金取消造成的任 何后果。

5.4 Notwithstanding the Chinese language of this document, the English wording shall be the binding version in the event of any discrepancy between the two languages.

无论本文件的中文译本的情况如何，在出现两种语言的任何不符的情况下，均以英语版本 为准。
